Ashtanga Yoga

Developed by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, Ashtanga Yoga follows a fixed sequence to purify the body and connect breath with movement. Whether practiced as a self-led Mysore-style session or a guided class, it is a dynamic moving meditation. As a Zurich yoga studio offering traditional Ashtanga, we emphasise the roots of this practice to help students build discipline, strength, and mental clarity.
