No need. We provide high-quality mats and all the equipment you might need (blocks, bolsters, straps) at no extra cost. But if you have a favorite mat at home and want to bring it along, you are more than welcome to.

Yes. If you are new to yoga, we recommend joining one of our specialised prenatal classes. If you are a seasoned yogi continuing your regular practice, just let the teacher know before class so they can offer adjustments. Please check our class descriptions carefully, as some styles are not suitable during pregnancy.

We have teachers from all over the world. As the majority of international teacher trainings are conducted in English, most of our classes are taught in English. However, many of our instructors are German and Swiss-German speakers. Please check the class descriptions for the EN/DE tags to see which language is offered for each session.

Yes! We are Qualicert Certified which means you may be able to claim back the cost of your classes. Check with your insurance.

Yes! Children aged 12 and older are welcome to join our regular yoga classes. Yoga is a wonderful way for young people to build strength, improve flexibility, and develop mindfulness and stress-relief tools that last a lifetime.

For children under 12, we review attendance on a case-by-case basis. If your younger child would like to join, they must be accompanied by an adult. Please drop us an email at hello@evry-yoga.com so we can chat about the best options for them!

You can cancel for free up to 6 hours before normal classes or 10 hours before early morning classes that start before 08:00 am. Your class credit will be forfeited after this period.

If you have an unlimited pass, the following penalties apply within any 90-day period to ensure fairness to teachers and other students:

• 2 Late Cancellations: CHF 10.00 penalty

• 2 No-Shows: CHF 25.00 penalty

We are located at Hardstrasse 39 (Wohnsiedlung Hardau) on the ground floor - 3 minute walk from Albisriederplatz. Please enter through the front entrance of the building.

We are easily reachable by public transportation (trams 2 & 3 and buses 33, 72, 83) and there are many bike racks in near the entrance. We do not provide free parking.
